This Refund & Return Policy ("Policy") outlines the conditions under which you can return or exchange physical products purchased on our website www.learningneuron.com.
Digital products (e.g., eBooks) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Period
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Items purchased more than 7 days ago are not eligible for return or exchange.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your physical product must meet the following criteria:

- Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance for valuable items. Learning Neuron is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges

Shipping
